The
process is systematic and thorough and, as a matter of course, it
is managed by a pattern of the firm. This means that the greatest
experience is brought to bear on every assignment and enables us to
help the client refine and focus the search objectives and to produce
a detailed brief.
By understanding
the client’s culture, the position dynamics and an analysis

are approached as being a potential match for our client’s needs.

could delay the search process?

of Psychometric Evaluation?
Occasionally,
our clients require that preferred candidates participate in psychometric
evaluation. These evaluations take place at the Niside Resources limited
offices at a fee.
- Does
Niside Resources perform Reference Check?
Thorough
reference checking is part of the Niside Resources limited Services
guarantee of quality and reference checking is carried out on all
preferred candidates. This includes a qualification check, a criminal
record check and a credit check in addition to three telephonic references.
You will be expected to provide details of three referees.
